Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Houzez (“Product”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

Houzez is licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, MyPlayLab LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Houzez according to the license purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, one license permits use on one live production website (one end product).

2. Allowed Usage

You may:

  • Install Houzez on one live website per license
  • Use temporary staging, development, or localhost environments for testing and development related to that licensed website
  • Modify the theme for your own project or client project

3. Prohibited Usage

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or repackage Houzez as your own product
  • Include Houzez in website builders, SaaS products, marketplaces, or template bundles without written authorization
  • Remove or bypass licensing or activation mechanisms
  • Use the product for unlawful or abusive activities

4. Product Delivery

Houzez is a digital product delivered electronically.

After successful payment, customers receive immediate access to downloadable theme files, documentation, updates, and license activation.

No physical goods are shipped.

5. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided for the period included with your purchase.

Support includes assistance with standard installation, setup guidance, bug reporting, and documented features.

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Third-party plugin conflicts
  • Server administration
  • Website customization services

After support expiration, continued product usage remains valid, but access to support and updates may require renewal.

6. Compatibility

We strive to maintain compatibility with current WordPress and supported third-party software.

However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all plugins, hosting environments, browser versions, or custom modifications.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because Houzez is a downloadable digital product, refunds are limited and evaluated case by case.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, source code, design assets, branding, and intellectual property related to Houzez remain the exclusive property of MyPlayLab LLC and its licensors.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

9. Limitation of Liability

Houzez is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPlayLab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the product.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of Houzez after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
