Refund Policy

Because Houzez is a downloadable digital product, all sales are generally final. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The product is significantly not as described
  • The product has a verified critical defect that makes it unusable and no reasonable fix can be provided
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake


Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience
  • Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, hosting environments, custom code, or server configurations
  • Failure to review product features, requirements, documentation, or compatibility before purchase
  • Requests made after substantial product use, download, or implementation


All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and must include sufficient information to help us investigate the issue.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
