Refund Policy

Because Houzez is a downloadable digital product, all sales are generally final. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (including ThemeForest / Envato) are subject to the refund policies and procedures of those platforms. Refund requests for such purchases must be submitted directly through the marketplace where the purchase was made.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The product is significantly not as described in our official sales materials or documentation
  • The product has a verified critical defect that makes it unusable, and no reasonable fix or workaround can be provided within a reasonable timeframe
  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product functionality, workflow, interface, or behavior differing from personal expectations when the product is accurately described in our demos, documentation, or sales materials
  • Lack of technical knowledge, WordPress experience, or familiarity with theme setup and configuration
  • Failure to review product features, requirements, documentation, or compatibility before purchase
  • Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, hosting environments, custom code, server configurations, or external services
  • Requests made after substantial product use, download, customization, or implementation

Support & Resolution Process

Before approving a refund related to setup, usability, or technical concerns, we may require a reasonable opportunity to provide documentation, guidance, troubleshooting assistance, or a possible workaround.

Refund requests must include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate the issue, including screenshots, error messages, or other relevant information when applicable.

Request Deadline

All refund requests for direct purchases must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Final Decision

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion, based on the circumstances and the information provided.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
