Each live, publicly accessible domain or subdomain running Houzez counts as one site. Temporary staging, localhost, and development environments used to build or test a live site do not count as separate websites, provided they are not publicly used as production sites.
Yes. Every license includes the complete Houzez feature set, including Houzez Studio, CRM, Theme Builder, Elementor widgets, and all pre-built demos. The only difference between plans is the number of websites covered by the license.
Since Houzez is a digital product, all sales are generally final. That said, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — for example if the product is significantly not as described, has a verified critical defect with no reasonable fix, or you made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
