Pages are the backbone of your website, and most likely you will setup several of them. Houzez prepares different page templates from which you can choose. Each page template is serving a purpose to help you build a finished site.

Regular page templates

  • Page Template – This is the default Houzez Page Template that include options to show/hide the page title and the breadcrumb, to select the sidebar left/right position or to create a full width page.
  • Blank Template – When this template is assigned to a page the header and footer will be removed.
  • Visual Composer – This template is recommended if you want to create a page designed with the Visual Composer modules available with Houzez.
  • One Page + Visual Composer – This template is recommended if you want to create a one page website designed with the available Visual Composer modules.
  • Splash Page Template – This template is needed when you want to create a Splash Page that is an introduction section on the website.

Property templates

  • Property Detail Page – Houzez is provided with a section for the property page inside the Theme Option panel where it is possible to manage the property layouts and much more.
  • Compare Properties: The Compare Properties page allows visitors to compare the different features that the properties offer.

Listing page templates

  • Listing Template – This is the listing page template to display your properties.
  • Listing Full Width Template – This is the listing page template to display your properties in a full width page without the sidebar column.
  • Listing Template (Style 2) – This is the listing page template version 2 to display your properties.
  • Listing Template (Style 2) – Full Width – This is the listing page template to display your properties in a full width page without the sidebar column.
  • Listing Template (Style 3) – This is the listing page template version 2 to display your properties.
  • Listing Template (Style 3) – Full Width – This is the listing page template to display your properties in a full width page without the sidebar column.
  • Half Map – The Half Map page template gives you the possibility to have a page divided into two columns. In the left column you will have the map while in the right column the properties in listing.

Agents and agencies page templates

  • Agent Page – This page displays the agent’s information, the form to contact the agent and the properties associated with the agent.
  • All Agents Page – This page displays all the Agents of your website.
  • Agency Page – This page displays the agency’s information, the form to contact the agency, all the properties associated with the agency, all agent members and the map to locate the agency address.
  • All Agencies Page – This page displays all the Agencies of your website.

Login and register page templates

  • Reset Password: If you have activated Login and Register you must give your users the possibility to reset or recover their password.

Property management page templates

Payment gateways page templates

  • Packages: This page displays the subscription plans that your users can purchase
  • Payment Page: This page is required if you want to charge your users to publish listings instead of free listings, it’s not needed.
  • PayPay IPN (Recurring Payments): Required if recurring payment is enabled
  • Stripe Charge Page: Required if stripe payment is enabled in theme options -> payment & membership
  • 2Checkout: Required if 2Checkout payment is enabled in theme options -> payment & membership
  • Thank you & Payment Process Completed: Required if free or paid submissions are enabled

Blog page templates

  • Regular Blog: This page is required to have a blog.
  • Masonry Blog: This page is for creating a blog with the Masonry layout.

How To Select A Page Template

  1. From menu Pages > Add a new page or edit an existing one.
  2. Locate the Page Attributes box on the right side of the page as you see in the image above
  3. Under Template drop down menu option select your desired Page Template.
