The Front-End Dashboard Menu is located on the left sidebar in the Front-End Dashboard. This menu is created automatically when you are going to create the various pages required for the Dashboard panel section.
Styling the front-end dashboard menu
To customize the User Account Menu colors navigate to Theme Options > Styling > Dashboard Menu
