Once you created all the properties you need in your website you have to show them in a properly page template. In this section we will discuss all options available to create the Listing Page of your website. You can see a live example on this page.

How to create a Property Listing page

In your left sidebar navigate to Pages > Add New to create a new page and from the Page Attributes box located in the right sidebar select Template: Property Listing Template

Listing templates versions

Several versions of the property listing template are available inside the Template drop down list. For each of them the features are the same only the property listing design is different.

Here below you will find a list of all the property listing templates available with relevant sample links.

Property Listing Advanced Options

Once you selected the Property Listing Template, the Property Listing Advanced Option panel below will be displayed in the page. You will find a lot of options to customize your listing pages exactly as you need it. Let’s see how.

Page View

Locate the Default View dropdown option list in the Property Listing Advanced Option panel. Select the default view for the listing page (it won’t work for Listing Template Style 3)

  1. List View
  2. Grid View
  3. Grid View 3 Cols (Only for Property Listing Full Width Template)

Property Order

Locate the Order Properties By dropdown option list in the Property Listing Advanced Option panel. Select the default property order for the listing page.

  1. Date new to old
  2. Date old to new
  3. Price (High to Low)
  4. Price (Low to High)

Tabs

Locate the Tabs dropdown option list in the Property Listing Advanced Option panel. Select if you want to Enable/Disable listing tabs on the listing page.

The Listings Tabs are related to the Property Status. For example you can display the tab one for rent property status and tab two for sale property status.

  • Tabs One: Choose property status for this tab
  • Tabs Two: Choose property status for this tab

Featured Listings

Locate the Featured Listing dropdown option list in the Property Listing Advanced Option panel. Select if you want to Enable/Disable featured on the listing page. Featured listings will be displayed always on top of the listing page.

  • Number of featured listings to show: Enter the number of featured properties to display on top of the listing page.
  • Number of listings to show: Enter the number of properties to display in the listing page content.

Listing Page Settings

Locate the panel in the image below. Use this options to filter properties in the listing page.

If you want to have all properties listed in your listing page don’t select nothing, But if you need for example to list all the apartments for sale in Chicago, you can use the boxes below just by clicking on the options you need. To select multiple options in the same box use key CMD on Mac and CTRL if you are on Windows.

  • Types: This box lists all the Property Type create under the menu Properties > Type on your left sidebar
  • Status: This box lists all the Property Status create under the menu Properties > Status on your left sidebar
  • Labels: This box lists all the Property Labels create under the menu Properties > Labels on your left sidebar
  • States: This box lists all the Property Countries/States create under the menu Properties > Country/States on your left sidebar
  • Cities: This box lists all the Property Cities create under the menu Properties > Cities on your left sidebar
  • Neighborhood: This box lists all the Property Neighborhood create under the menu Properties > Neighborhood on your left sidebar
  • Features: This box lists all the Property Features create under the menu Properties > Features on your left sidebar
  • Min Price: Set a min price filter for the listing page
  • Max Price: Set a max price filter for the listing page
